The fee is payable by the employer
to Placemark in respect of the candidate and shall be
a percentage of the anticipated Gross Annual Remuneration
Package of the candidate, including all allowances.
The percentage fee is as follows (excluding VAT):

Flexi Staff/Temp/Contract vacancies
Placemark can provide temporary staff and will charge
an admin fee percentage of 35% - 50% (thirty five to fifty percent)
of the total salary of the candidate, excluding VAT
Placemark will therefore be responsible for paying all taxes and levies on
behalf of the candidate and will also be responsible for paying the candidate
annual leave pay, sick leave pay, public holiday pay and family responsibility leave
pay without invoicing the client for such leave paid out.
DOMESTIC RECRUITMENT
The fee is payable by the employer
to Placemark in respect of the candidate and shall be
a percentage of the anticipated Gross Annual Remuneration
Package of the candidate, including all allowances.
