In terms of the BEE Codes of Good Practice, Placemark Recruitment is classified as an Exempt Micro Enterprise with an overall score of 65. We are a Level Four Contributor to BEE.

Placemark furthermore has a BEE Procurement Recognition Level of 100% and is qualified as a Value Adding Supplier.

In addition the codes specify that Generic companies can earn an additional 3 points on their Procurement Scoreboard by spending 10% of their total procurement with EMEs or QSEs. We are part of that classification and should therefore be included in that category.

Michelle started her career in the recruitment industry in 1997 as Generalist Recruitment Consultant, employed by one of the big corporates in the industry. She was asked to head up a Financial and Management Division for the branch she was employed at which she did with great success.

She was then head-hunted and trained in the corporate and structured finance market where she recruited mainly CA's.

Michelle started Placemark Recruitment in 2000 and her current portfolio includes new business development, consulting, training, finance and operations management.
